Why Fitness Coaching?

I strongly believe that our bodies are meant to move regularly and in many different ways. Activities like walking, running, or biking are great foundations for health, but on their own they don’t offer enough variety to prepare us for everything we want — and need — to do in everyday life.
That’s where functional fitness comes in. Functional training focuses on natural, practical movements that support daily activities: lifting, reaching, balancing, twisting, and moving with control and confidence. A strong emphasis is placed on core strength, which stabilises the body, improves posture, and helps reduce the risk of injury.
What makes my workouts unique is the central role of music. Music isn’t just background sound — it’s an active part of the training. Movements are synchronised with energetic, motivating music, creating a flow that makes workouts feel more engaging, expressive, and fun.
What I Offer
Outdoor FUNctional Fitness
Join our group workout on Monday evenings, where we train together in a motivating, energetic atmosphere. Functional fitness that is also FUN!
I teamed up with personal trainer and physiotherapist Marleen Gosens from Nu Training to offer weekly outdoor workouts in Wädenswil.

Personal Training
One-on-one sessions tailored to your body and goals. I’ll demonstrate correct technique for key movements so you can perform them safely on your own — whether at home, in the gym, or in group workouts — and guide you through a full-body session that balances strength, mobility, and endurance.
Single session (60 min): CHF 100 10-session package: CHF 90 per session
Training & Experience
14 years of group coaching experience, with certifications in CrossFit (Level 1), TRX, STRONG Nation, and Nia (White Belt)
